I had the radio installed in a Fiat Ducato BJ 2016. At this point it should be noted that the installation was not possible without minor workmanship.

If I had been sufficiently informed in advance, I would have been aware of this. You can find various adapters on the Internet that make installation easier. Ie special metal frames and also panels. But according to my research, these also need to be slightly adjusted (sanded).

The radio itself makes a valuable impression. After the first activation, all services available offline worked perfectly. In my case that means: rear view camera, Bluetooth, connection to the cell phone, radio, hands-free system. Offline navigation is not pre-installed here at the factory.

In order to benefit from the actual added value of this radio, you must first register with the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, here was the first problem. After I connected to WiFi, I was unable to log in to the Playstore. The message ""Data is being checked"" appeared and then it didn't work any further.

The reason for this was - after a short research - an outdated version of the Playstore. Don't worry, the problem will be solved quickly. You simply download the latest APK from the Playstore for Android 9.0 onto an SD card (alternatively into the internal memory of your mobile phone and connect via USB) and then install the updated application.

Afterwards I was able to log into the Playstore and install all kinds of apps without any problems. Offline navigation, internet radio, YouTube, speed camera detectors, Netflix... whatever you need. The operation is very smooth. Nothing jerks or hangs so far.

In my opinion a clear purchase recommendation.
